I have CCDPilot3 Standart edition. But I would like to have version 3.0 Prof. This works well plate solving. When the test version 4.0 Prof does not work that way. Why the dot "comma" stories.

can I somehow still prof 3.0 update?

Version 3 is no longer available.

As with any support forums, folks having issues discuss them; those who have none don't. Thus a casual observer of any support forum might be lead to believe that there are many problems when in fact there are not. My approach is to work openly and directly with any customer to resolve their issue, no matter how unique it may be. So there is some public chatter on any issue.

Plate solving is a case in point. Many users are very successful with plate solving and don't report successes. I have been testing a custom development for a client that results in around 400 plate solves per night. I see from 0 to 1 failure per night. In certain, unique cases that I have been unable to duplicate, there appear to be problems with non-US Windows setups. I continue to work with those users as I do with any user reporting issues.

I take everything back. Today I heard my PC to the U.S. changed settings and everything works. Super. Plate solving is now wonderful.
Now I will buy the 4.0 prof.
