Good Seeing

I'm seeing bad behavior with filters.
Half of last nights images were decidedly different.
Tonight I see that where I had set up for a RGB series I noticed on CCDSoft|Camera that when it should be a blue filter it was Lum. Next image was Blue. I find that images 3,5,7,9,11 of the blue series were taken through the Lum filter The 1.2.4.6.8.10,12 subs were with the blue filter. The CCDAP3 Light Frames box was showing blue for the whole series.

The dome did not open tonight.
I started the run and the status window showed 'shutter open' "cooler started'. Imaging was timed to start later. The cooler was started but the dome was not opened. At which time is it supposed to open, run time or imaging start time? I manually opened it with Automadome.

I hope you have time to address these issues.
It'll be great when I get it all set up right.
Thanks
Dave Bailey

John,
I'm seeing something similar w/ filters. I'm setup to use the clear filter for Focus & Plate solving but have a simple Light exposure using just the Ha filter. Focus & Platesolve work but the Light exposure is with the clear filter vs. Ha as specified. During the exposure CCDSoft shows w/ Clear & that's confirmed by the actual exposure & in the FITS. The CCDAP setup & log show Ha as the intended filter - it's like it never actually switched back to Ha after the Plate solve / Focus stage.

thanks,
Jim Titley

I think only one attachment can be appended.
This log shows the run was aborted - the dome had not opened.

This attachment is during the run when every other filter was LUM, where CCDAP3 was setup to use BLUE.
I aborted this run after I discovered it had clouded over - about the time it was switching to the Green filter segment of the run.
Thanks for helping.

Thanks for joining in Jim,
I'm wondering if you mis-interpreted my statement that only one attachment at a time could be sent. I had two to send.
