After a new complete install of my system (xp sp2),and before using CcdAp3, I wanted to run CcdSoft with focusmax and I have a big problem, when I want to make a Vcurve he run CcdSoft and shows the first full frame focus on a .GIF frame and I have this error message:

CCDSoft.App Error -2147215434: This operation requires a FITS file.

Error code = 5070 (0x13ce).
Module modComponents Sub GetCCDImage

Someone he had this problem before?
I don't understand, before réinstall all the softwares works very good.

Focusmax : 3.3.29 (I try so 3.2.1)

I suspect your problem is improper set up of CCDSoft. See the CCDAP help system under the First Use/User Walkthrough, step 4 for setting requirements for CCDSoft and TheSky.

After various tests this weekend, everything works very well.I've just checked all remote capabilities in CcdSoft and The sky6.

How do when the field is too large to get a target from fit and restore exactly the same field ?
