I can't get it to take the images in the order I want. I also can't get it to accept a start time; it just picks something at random, even after I've edited it. Time after time.

What am I missing here?

Mark,

CCDAP images the targets in the list from top to bottom. You can enter the targets in any order though - just select targets and use the up and down buttons to reorder them. Once the targets are in order, you can assign your own start times or allow CCDAP to do it for you.

Best regards,

Andrew

Thanks. I thought that might be the case, since it absolutely refused to let me put a start time for the second target which came before the end time for the first target.

I'm doing a two-panel mosaic. I'd like to get the color channels of the two panels back-to-back, then go to the next filter. Do I have to load each panel as a "new" target to do this?

And if I have the two targets saved separately, how can I load both of them from the saved targets? So far, I've only been able to load one, then I have to re-define the other.

What am I missing?

Thanks.

First, define the two targest, e.g. Moasic A! and Mosaic A2. Then use Target List | Export to export the target list to a text file. Open the resultant text file in a text editor such as NotePad. Do not use a word processing program such as Word. In the text editor duplicat the two targets as many times as you need for filters. Save that file. In CCDAP, use Target List | Import | CSV/Text to import this edited file. You should see alternating multiple, sequential entries for Mosaic A1 and Mosaic A2. You may want to rename the targets for identification. Then, go to the light frames page and set each target's desired series for filter, exposure, etc.
