Hi, very nice program, much better than the previous one !!!
I got the pro version and all my softs are uptodate.
Using ME (3000) RCos16, The Sky6 pro, CCDSoftV5, TCC, Rorator, Focusmax, Automadome, CCDinsopector...
Here is some little bugs I noticed:
Option: Tracking Off does stop the tracking of the ME, tracking On DOES NOT put iy back.

Flat Frames: Flat now to Null point Auto, DOES not slew to scope to the Null position, just stay where it is.
On the second computer controlling my second observatory: GT1100 FSQ106 The sky6 pro, CCDSOftV5, FocusMAx, Automadome, CCDInspector.
When Launching CCDinspector Monitoring the Autoguider for FWHM....this Does not upgrade the mesurement, I have to pusg the "Get button" to read the value.
This problem does not appear on the other computer driving the ME and RCos.
I hope this can help !!!
Best regards
Eric

Hi Eric,

For the CCDInspector problem, can you double-check that the CCD Monitor plugin is installed and enabled in CCDSOft? Go to the CCDSoft Camera Setup tab, and click on Event Plug Ins button. Then, check that CCD Monitor Relay plugin is in the list, and has a check next to it.

If it's not in the list, you'll need to re-install CCDInspector and tell it the correct folder where CCDSoft is located on your computer.

If the CCD Monitor plugin is there, but no check, just place a check next to it and try again.

If the plugin is there and checked, but the monitor does not update in real-time, please start the FWHM Monitor, and click on the little CCDInspector icon at the top left of the monitor window. From the menu, select FWHM Monitor Settings, and make sure that CCDSoft version 5 is selected for Camera Control Software.

Let me know if this helps, and someone will answer your other questions very soon.

Regards,

-Paul

I will test this again tonight. Note that sometimes TheSky doesn't properly update the check mark next to tracking under Telescope | Options | Tracking. You should take an short image to confirm whether or not tracking is on or off.

This is by design. Flats Now is for immediate flats via an artificial source - light box, dome screen, etc. If you want to do SkyFlats manually, set up a simple System Profile with the desired flats and no other activities except dawn or dusk flats as desired and you will get the proper slew to flat spot, dithering, etc.
