I've been using FocusMax for years and am fairly comfortable with the way it operates and all the set-ups. I was just wondering if there was any advantage to using @Focus2? Is anybody using @Focus2 as the focusing app of choice?

Hi Mike,

I use both FocusMax and @Focus2. FocusMax is used on my RCOS as I like the way it's focus routine works with my secondary focuser.(ie minimum focuser movement) I use @Focus2 with a RoboFocus on my FSQ. The way @Focus2 arrives at its focus point (IMHO) seems to be better suited to a R&P focuser. They both work for me extremely well. This also keeps me from having to change FocusMax profiles and parameters just to get it going with the second scope.
