How do you activate/use/change the Settings/Resources/Sky Conditions or Weather links
When I click Sky Conditions and or Weather links nothing happens, so I'm unable to change them.

Under the Options page, enter the URL you want the link to go to...

I don't see that your question has been answered yet.

Go to OPTIONS. in the lower/right is the Resource Settings box. I entered the url for my local Sky Clock in the Sky Conditions. Enter the url for your favorite local weather web site in the Weather slot.

Now try the left column - under resources. The Sky Conditions and Weather are now active.
