Hi John,
I have been turning tracking off after light frames are completed since there is generally time between the light frames and dawn flats. I generally use this time to do darks etc. All goes well with dawn flats except that tracking is not turned back on. Might this be a software issue. Last nites log is attached. I think this wouldn't be an issue if I kept tracking on after the lights but I haven't wanted to do this, concerned that Murphy would attack sooner or later and I'd return in the morning to find the scope against the pier. Thanks, Steve ccdap20071215_221902.log (19 KB, 66 downloads) |

Hi Steve,
I need to look into this a bit. In the meantime, instead of turning tracking off, park your mount. CCDAP will unpark with tracking on when it is time for dawn flats. John CCDAutoPilot author |
