Hi Frank,

Actually CCDAP doesn't override autodarks. Unlike the UI, you can't set autodark from the automation interface with Maxim.

Please post a crop of the upper left corner of a bias frame or short exposure, showing the hot pixel. Zip it to make it small enough to be posted. Let me see what I can do.
