I have not been able to get my CCDAP4 to start since the last update. I download the full version.

I have tried installing it, repair, uninstalling and reinstalling it.

It does not start. I alway get the MSG " Sorry therewas a problem do you want to foward the problem data to microsoft? "

How do I fix this?

See Help/Troubleshooting/Techniques, "When things don't go as expected". Since it isn't even starting, please try running CCDAP4 Reset from the Start/Programs menu. If that doesn't get you going, then there may be something amiss in your computer. If you have another PC handy, try installing and starting CCDAP on it to make sure it starts properly. That may help with further diagnosis.
