What kind of dome do you have is the first question. Most of the rotating domes have software control for remote operation. If its a clamshell then look at Clamup by Tim Long or ShutterDrive I think on Dark Horizons website. Both have.bat apps that will run in CCDAP.

Hi Jack thanks for the quick response. I have a clamshell but not from astrohaven. The program will work with my clamshell, but how do I get it to work in CCDAP? That part is stumping me. Andt

I assume you are referring to ShutterDrive. If you go to the ShutterDrive program you will find a folder entitled CCDAp which contains the .bat file for the drive. One to open and one to close the clam.
SO at the end of your run if you want the dome to close, go to options and in the Run app slot (there are a bunch so pick the one that will close when you want i.e. after lights and flats) browse and point the Run app to the CLose CLam .bat of shutterdrive located in the CCDAP folder in the SHutterDrive program. You can also point your weather alarms to that same if you have a Davis Wx station. Good Luck
BTW we image from CTIO so where in the desert is your obs?

Thanks I will give it a try. My observatory is about 30km south of San Pedro at Alain Maury's place. Andy
