Is there script out there to help automate measuring filter offsets?

This is pretty easy to do. Set up a single short exposure, 1 sec. or so, for each filter in a series. Check focus at series start. Use a suitable number of light sets, say 7. Use a suitable focus star near the zenith. Set that as the target. Set Focusing for Brightest stat in FOV. Run the session. Review the log to see where each focus occurred. For each filter, discard the highest and lowest focus value and average the other 5. Select your reference filter and calculate the offsets.

Thanks John that will do fine.

You might consider adding a tool as an enhancement thats including the calulating the averages from the log.
