Poor Seeing |
Hello,
I try to connet my GM2000 mount to PemPro. The mount can switch between LX200 Emulator and AP Emulator. I tried several Ascom Meade/LX200 protocols and AP-protocols but nothing will work correctly. If I use the AP Emulator on the mount and select the Ascom AP-GTO protocol Rev. D it is possible to connect PemPro to the mount. But by using the Puls-Test function I noticed that the movement is completely intependent from the pulse length. The mount move approx. 3sec. per pulse, indendent of the pulse length. If I use the LX200 Emulator on the mount and select an Ascom Meade LX200 protocol it is also possible to connect PemPro to the mount. But by using the Puls-Test function I noticed that the mount will not move. If I use the LX200 Emulator on the mount and select the Ascom AP-GTO 900/1200 protocol Rev. D it is possible to connect PemPro to the mount and the mount movement is depending on the pulse length. It seems that it works. But I think it's not correct to use the LX200 Emulator with an Ascom AP-protocol. Can everyone tell me which will the right combination ? Thanks and best regards, Dirk |

Dirk,
Have you tried asking 10Micron for an ASCOM driver that supports their hardware? -Ray Author of PEMPro |

Hi Ray,
I have written several eMail to 10Micron but unfortunately no response. I hope someone, who is using PemPro in combination with a 10Micron mount, can help. Best regards, Dirk |
