I am using the trial version of PemPro for the Polar Align Wizard, in hopes that this porgram will work well and then I'll purchase the software.

I am using a QSI 583 CCD camera with a Takahashi FSQ-106N mounted on a Takahashi EM-200 mount and CCDSoft v5.. I was able to achieve connection with the mount but when I tried to connect the camera, I get a message that says "Cannot create Axtive-X account".

Can I use the QSI camera with the Wizard and is there a solution to this error message?

Hi Kevin,

If you are running Windows Vista make sure you have installed CCDSoft as administrator and have the latest hot fix installed. Also, can you connect to the camera manually with CCDSoft? If so, try connecting manually first then connecting with PEMPro. If this does not help a screenshot of the exact error might be helpful.
