Hi Ray,
Since upgrading to PemPro2 from 1 I have been unable to move data from PemPro to ME4000 mount and update PEC. I never had any problems doing it with version 1. I have checked and all the data from from rescent version 2 runs and version 1 data is still stored and accessible by PemPro. I can pullup versions 1 and 2 acquire data and pec curve data which can be viewed in PemPro2 program. But neither version 1 or 2 Paramount ME 4000 pec data can be loaded into mount.
I have followed instructions to the letter. I have hit Normal for reboot, rehomed ect even done this and shut down mount and did a hard rebooted of the mount.
I am running XP. I have been using your program very sucessfully for several years.
Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for any help.

Hi John,

Which version of TheSky are you running?

Please try reviewing the directions here to make sure that you are not missing any steps in the procedure:

Ray,
I am using Sky 6 Professional. I have been following the procedure you ask me to reveiw.
I have not deviated from this procedure as far as I can tell. I have used prior version with no problems. However I also feel it might be user error on my part or I need to remove version 2 and reload it. If all fails I could still reload version 1 and try that again.Thanks.

Hi John,

Yes, but it would be helpful to know which *version* of TheSky6 are you using? In TheSky go to Help->About TheSky. It will be a number like 6.0.0.X, where X is the specific version number. You should confirm on the Bisque site that you have the latest version of TheSky installed.

Next, after you uploaded the curve do you see a new PEC graph in TheSky on the PEC tab?
