I tired your CCDInspector software for the max period allowed and of course I found it to be very beneficial.

I was having a few problems with the software I use for my camera control and thought perhaps the expired version of CCDInspector was interfering somehow. So deleted the programme from my computer (well so I thought)

Then a month later CCDInspector was bought for me as a present. Thinking the trialled version was deleted from my computer, I went to your website and downloaded another. But when it came to setting up the software and activating it with the newly purchased password, my computer informed me it was unable to install this version as an older version was still on my computer?

After spending numerous nights looking for the first downloaded programme – which was not there and was not found by searching the entire computer – I am left with a password not used, a downloaded CCDInspector unused and somewhere??? a expired version of the programme hiding out on my computer.

I would very much like to use your programme – can you help please?

Thanks for your reply.

I had already done what you suggested well over a month ago, when uninstalling the expired programme. At the time I thought it had been uninstalled correctly, but it seems to be still lying around somewhere? I spent last night trying in vein to find the old programme, but no luck, even after searching the entire drive of my computer.

The new programme will still not install, as it keeps telling me the old one is operational on the computer – and I ensure you it isn’t.
