Based on a number of requests from the CCDWare member communitity, I have simplified the CCDWare support forums.

1. Rolled up Catagories to one forum.
2. Changed digest emails to text vs. HTML.

I hope everyone finds this easier to use. Comments welcome.

Much easier to use structure. Thanks!

Can someone tell me how I can get a daily email digest that has easy to read text? I have no difficulty setting up these parameters at the RCOS Infopop group. I'd rather not have to jump through all of the hoops of logging on to this site every day.

There are three ways of getting email notifications:

1. For every forum.
Click the Go button in the upper left of the forum. Select My Space and select Notifications. This will allow you to set notification options for every forum.

2. For a specific forum.
Go to the forum you are interested in and click the notify button on the top of the screen.

3. For a specific topic.
Go to the topic you are interested in and click notify on the top of the screen.

Notification options include:

- Daily Digest
- Weekly Digest
- Immediate Notifications

Hope this helps.

No, that doesn't help at all.
I should have been more explicit:
My messages are full of things like "<BR>" and "Site: Unknown Subscription Type:
S"
The messages that I'm getting from your site look nothing like the messages that I'm getting from my other Infopop site.

I have changed the format of the email notifications to HTML. Let me know if this solves the problem.

Best,

Yes, Richard, it's much more readable now. Thank you.
Should you want to refine it even more: <g>
Although it's easy to figure out, it's not obvious to which post the "Reply to Post" button refers to when you're in the middle of the messages.

I signed up and indicated immediate e-mail.
I have not received anything since the changeover to this strange (more convoluted) forum arrangement.

Dave,

You were only subscribed to one topic. I took the liberty of subscribing you to the entire forum.

You can manage your notifications by clicking on the 'GO' button on the upper right, click on 'My Space' and select notifcations.
