Downloaded CCDInspestor for 30 day trial use. I did not have a chance to use in free period so I purchased program on 08/05/2006. However when I furnished id and licensed number it gave following eror C:/ invalid drive . I assumed this was because I have Raid 5 harddrive system for my hard drives and as a result do not have a drive C: but a drive H: which is all 4 hard drives together however when I did first installation it did ask me for hard drive for CCDSoft 5 and I changed C: to H:where necessary. So I tried to remove and reinstall CCDInspector. This did not work because it gave same error messge and even under Windows XP program on removing programs it gave same message. I then tried to do regedit and remove any info from registry and do removal or reinstall - nogo and same error message. The end result is I cannot remove or reinstall programand it has also made it necessary to remove and reinstall CCDSoft version 5 and reinstall other drivers again to Sky 6. 1. How do I completely remove your program? 2. how do I reinstall progam? I need your help. I can give you my mobile or business phone number if need off forum if needed.
Thanks John Carver
