When I enter key code, software forces my keyboard to capitols only, therefore the code is always rejected.

For what product?

It is best to not type in the keycode but rather: copy from the notice & paste into the form. (Be sure to only copy the area within and including the curly brackets, do not copy any leading or trailing spaces).
