I've not yet purchased any of the CCDWare products but found the trial versions very useful.

Could anyone advise me
1. whether I'll get a discount of 25% since I've purchased SBIG camera in July 2008 and SBIG adaptive optics and remote guidehead in Dec 2008 ?
I've got the discount coupon with a coupon code.
If the answer is affirmative, how do I proceed to buy at the 25% discount ?

2. is it a more cost-effective option to purchase the CCDWare Product Suite instead of individual products ?

The SBIG coupon expired June 1, 2008. Purchasing the CCDWare Product Suite will give you an effective 25% discount on all CCDWare products.

Do I download all the products individually from your website and then apply the purchased respective licenses to the installed programmes ?

I do not find the CCDAutopilot Professional download in your website. Do I have to download CCDAutopilot 4 and then the upgrade separately ?

Yes, download each of the products. When you purchase the CCDWare Product Suite, you will receive license keys to each of the products.

The CCDAutoPilot 4 download is the professional version for the trial period. When licensed, it can be licensed as either Basic or Professional. When you purchase the product suite, you get the Professional license.
