My menu bar and most of what is under it are all black, even if I click on it. When I click on it, it works. What can I do? I do have the service pack 3.

During 2007, there was a report of black menu bar under Win2000 SP3 but it was never resolved. What OS are you using?

Your OS is mapping the default window colors used by VB.NET to black. Check out your settings (right click on the desktop, select "Properties" then "Appearance") to see if the default "Color Scheme" is being used (you can also access this under "Control Panel" "Display").

It is next to impossible to figure what is going on from here. I can only suggest that you try fiddling with the OS color settings.
