is up now.
See "Help" "Release Notes" for what's changed. Let me know if the "Print" menu item works when viewing session plans or dark cycle dates. I can't fully test it here (no printers attached). Steve... CCDNavigator Author |

Steve:
Om my system 2.0.7 seems to have dropped the Help menu item. The "find" item is on the far right and no help item appears. The main window will show "resize" arrows if you hover over the window edges but won't resize (maybe help is off screen to the right). Environment: Win XP, nothing unique. Also, is there any intent to allow target selection from the Favorites Available list - I would find that useful. thanks, Jim |

Jim,
Drats...looks perfect here. Watch for 2.0.8 with a slightly larger window. Favorites is treated like a catalog now so you can do target selection from it if you wish. Go to "Criteria" "Catalogs" and select "Favorites". This will load all objects in the Favorites catalog that meet your criteria. Steve... CCDNavigator Author |

I auto-updated to 2.0.8 but still have lost the help menu item. I will attach a screenshot of the app's main view. I'm running Win XP 32 on a Lenovo ThinkPad W500. The screen resolution is 1920x1200 on an ATI V5700 adapter. I'm reasonably current on all XP fixes.

Steve,
It would be great to have 'From', 'Until' and 'Transit' information available as tool-tip for catalog images. -Pete |

For what it is worth, my previous problem with the missing "Help" was fixed with version 2.06.

Jim,
I'm not certain, but I suspect you're using large fonts. To see, Right click on your screen and choose "Properties". In the Display Properties that appears, choose the "Appearance" panel. There are three controls there, "Windows and buttons", "Color Scheme" and "Font size". How are these set? When I set mine to "Large Fonts", I get exactly the kind of display you're seeing. Try "XP Style" and "Normal Fonts" to see if it all fits or not. Then we'll go from there... Steve...

No change on the help issue with 2.0.10. At least on my system the main window appears to be the exact same size as before. I uninstalled CCDNav2 and redownloaded it - the 2.0.0 window had the Help item but the update to 2.0.10 removed it (or probably shoved it off the right side of the window).

Jim,
Send me an email so I can send you a special version to figure out how wide it needs to be for your system. This is incredible. I have run this on about 5 systems here now and the help menu item shows up with lots of margin. So I have no clue how large to make it. I'll send you a version that can report the width. Email to steve (at) ccdnavigator (dot) com Thanks! Steve... CCDNavigator Author |
