Hey Steve - I uninstalled Ver 1 and then installed Ver 2. V2 picked up my unlock code but when I enter my e-mail address I get the dreaded "Invalid registration code. Please check your typing carefully". With the 60 day evaluation time there's no rush for a solution but please advise when you have time. Thanks. Ron Frisk

Hi Ron!

Since you purchased an upgrade, I believe you have to first enter your old registration key and then in a second step enter the upgrade license.

Let me know if you continue to have problems and I'll get John to advise.

I was incorrect about this. Your new key should register it in a single pass.

Be sure you're copying/pasting the email address and the registration key into the right places. Also be sure to include the curly brackets in the registration key, they're part of it.

Hi Steve - you said something which begs the question, "was I suppose to get new registration info for version 2?" I believe all I've received was my original info and I did enter my registration information using cut and paste, but will try again tonight after work.

I show you as having purchased CCDNavigator 1.0 on 11/20/2008. Unless you purchase an upgrade, the v1 unlock key will not work with v2. The upgrade may be purchased at http://www.ccdware.com/buy/
