I'm replacing my old observatory computer with a new one. I downloaded current version of ccdinspector. My old name and registration number did not work. Do I need new numbers?

That depends on what version of CCDInspector you have purchased and what version you had installed.
Version 1 license will not work with version 2 software. If you had version 1 on your old computer, you can download the software from here: http://ccdware.com/Files/CCDInspector134.zip If you had upgraded from version 1 to version 2, then you'll need to enter both licenses, one for version 1, and one for version 2 upgrade. If this doesn't help, please e-mail me at: paul [at] pk.darkhorizons.org and forward the email ID and the key that you are using. Regards, -Paul |

I am in a similar situation as above. I originally had V 1 and upgraded to V 2. Being in the process of upgrading my computer, how do I proceed? You mentionned above the need to enter both licences, how do I do that?
Thanks in advance. Remi |
