Poor Seeing |
This is a new one on me. I start CCDInspector, the splash screen with my registration comes up, then nothing. SOMETHING'S running, as it shows on my Task Manager - and it's tying up one of my processors (steady 50% load until I stop the process). I've reinstalled it and rebooted a few times. Please tell me this is an easy one!
Thanks! John C. |

Hi John,
I've seen this once before where the configuration settings for CCDI were corrupted in the Windows registry. To reset your settings, please download the CCDI_rr.reg file attached to this message, Save it in a folder on your local hard drive, then double-click on it to run it in Windows Explorer. It will prompt if you want to add the information to registry. Answer Yes, and then it should display a success message. After this, try CCDI again. This should do it. Yup - it was the registry. Came right up after running your batch file.
Thanks a million! I love the program. John C. |
