I've upgraded some month ago from 1 to 2. my licence.
today I downloaded and installed the new 2.1.6 from 2.1.5.

the application tells me that my licence is expired: I've tried to put the 1.0 code and the 2.0 code, but none of these work.
can you help me?

Hi Andrea,

This is most likely due to a change introduced in 2.1.6 that has to do with some non-US Windows configurations.

Please email me privately, and include the email address and license keys you received for CCDI v1 and v2. We'll get it fixed ASAP:
