Hi...

I just upgraded my licensed copy of CCDI 2.1.5 to 2.1.6

As soon as I try and run it, it says "License not valid" and directs me to the website to buy a license. It gives me no option to enter, re-enter or do anything with my purchased license.

So my copy of CCDI now no longer works at all.
Installed under Win XP SP3.

How do I get CCDI and CCDIS working again ASAP?

Unfortunately, a fix to the third-party registration software has necessitated the need to re-enter the license key for some folks. It seems to affect mostly non-US users who have upgraded from CCDI v1 to v2 or from CCDIS/p to CCDI version 2...

After the license key(s) are re-entered, the software should work fine with all the future upgrades. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I also have this problem and do not see how I can enter the license key as it doesn't give me the opportunity to do so - can this info not be posted in public?
