Folks,

When you purchase an upgrade from version 1 to version 2, you may find that CCDI is rejecting the upgrade key. This can happen because you need to have a valid version 1 key already installed and registered on the computer before you can upgrade.

If you don't have version 1 key already installed, CCDI will only accept the full version 2 license and will reject the upgrade.

The easiest way to proceed to upgrade from a registered version 1 is to:

1. Find your old registration information (key and email) for version 1

2. Start CCDInspector 2

3. Select Help->Upgrade License from v1.0... menu

4. Enter your (old) version 1 license key when prompted

5. Enter your new, version 2 UPGRADE license key

And that should do it!
