I finally got some clear skies and am trying to process a bit of data but keep running into the same error with the CCDIS Plug-in. Every time I try to align the frames I get the error - Alignment Failed: Attempted to read or write protected memory. If I switch to Star Snap the frames align fine. The frames are from an Apogee U16M and I am running Vista 64 from a Fusion VM on a Mac Pro. CCDIS worked fine on this system a few months ago.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is it a certain set of images that causes this problem or is this happening to all the images?

Make sure you have version 2.1.5 or 2.1.6 of CCDIS installed, as that fixed a bug that could result in this behavior.

If it's happening only to some images and you can narrow it down to two images that cause this issue, I'd appreciate it if you could WinZip them and upload to a place where I can download them from. Please send the links to download to:

If you don't have a place to upload the files, then e-mail each as an attachment, just send each image compressed, and in an individual email.

I must have failed to make the upgrade work somehow. I'd installed v. 2.15 and noted that CCDIS reflected the upgrade but when I checked the version number on the plug-in it read 2.1. I reinstalled CCDIS 2.15 again and now it reflects the correct version number on the plug-in and aligns perfectly.
