Have just installed CCD Inspector download version to Windows 2000 Pro. All install messages were good. It asked for folder for CCD Soft. I wasn't installing this so I just pressed next.

Rest of install was good but when I run the executable it refers to several dlls and that it can't find dynamic link libraries etc.

All of my windows install and program files folders etc are just the conventional ones. ANY IDEAS?

Hi John,

Make sure you have .NET 2.0 installed on your computer:

(you'll need to uninstall and reinstall CCDI after installing .NET 2.0). If you are still having problems after this, please let me know what DLL's are reported as missing.
