Hi Paul,

I purchased the new version of CCDInspector at the 2008 AIC and received the license information on November 15. I am no longer able to access the program and a Window stating CCDInspector license if invalid. Would you like to purchase a license? The window offers three choices, yes (which I don't want to select since I've already purchased it, no (which closes the window and terminates the launch) and cancel (which terminates the window/launch).

Can you get me live again? My order number was 240088745.

Hi BP,

Can you please email me privately with the details? I'd like to know the following:

1. Wss CCDI working when in trial mode?
2. Did it stop working right after you entered the license?
3. Did you have any previous versions of CCDI installed on this computer (even if just a trial)?
4. If you can, please email me a screen capture of the error message you are receiving about buying the license.
5. What version of Windows are you using? Did you by any chance reinstall CCDI at some point?

DEAR PAUL

I HAVE ALMOST THE SAME PROBLEM WITH BP WHO POSTED YOU 04 DECEMBER 2008
MY TRIAL VERSION OF CCD INSPECTOR NEVER WORKED TELLING ME THAT 0 DAYS HAVE LEFT FOR TRIAL.
THAN I PURCHASE THE LICENCE BUT I CAN NOT PUT IT IN THE TRIAL BECAUSE I CAN NOT OPEN IT.
IT CALLS ME TO PURCASE THE LICENCE AGAIN OR NOT OR TO CLOSE BECAUSE THE LICENCE IS NOT VALID.
ALSO I HAD NEVER OLDER VERSION IN MY LAPTOP.
ANY IDEAOF WHAT TO DO?

Hi Kallias,

Are you by any chance running a non-English version of Windows? There was an issue with the third-party registration software that caused CCDI running on Windows with certain languages to fail (Greek is one of them).

You can try one of the following:

1. Change Windows to English-US settings in Windows Control Panel, and see if you can enter the license key then.

2. Try to the latest version of CCDInspector, 2.1.6:
