I ordered CCDSTack yesterday and the order was not allowed by my American Express. They thought that the purchase was fraudulent. I checked and the actual order on line was not place by either CCDWare or Share-it ( which is who I placed it with) What is up with that ?

Is there a way to order CCDStack by actually talking to a person by phone ?

ShareIt, is owned by Digital River, the biggest US online commerce provider. ShareIt itself is located in Germany and is most assuredly not fraudulent. You can either notify AmEx to allow the charge or pay by check.

Chase froze my account last week after I purchased CCDStack using ShareIt. I spent 20 minutes on hold with Chase to get it cleared up. I later found that the same thing happened to a friend of mine who bought CCDStack after AIC last year.

I have had two fraudulent charges that occured within a month after using Shareit. Both of them were additional charges made through Shareit without my doing it. I will never give them my actual credit card number again, if I have to deal with them, I use a one time virtual account number from my card issuer to prevent this from happening.
