I am using Vista 64 but it just about is not worth it. If I go back to 32 bit, can I still uncheck the memory limit since I have 4GB of ram. I know the application will only use 2

What's the problem with 64? I've used it for several years now (starting with XP-64).

If you regress to 32 bit then simply go to "settings", press the "reset to defaults" button, then "Apply".

Some of the controls I used are OCX active X controls that a setup program can regsiter in 64 bit but do not work in development mode, as odd as that sounds (think it has do do with the licence). I might create a box for development with 32 bit and keep the 64 for processing.
