I understand that the new version of CCDStack can stack images taken with single color shot cameras, but I have not been able to see or read any tutorials and/or instructions that describe how to do it. If I purchase this product would I get a manual with it ?

The included Help file covers these issues. You can of course view the Help file and try out CCDStack's Bayer processing via the 30 day free trial and unlimited evaluation mode (after 30 days everything still works except for saving files).
