Hi,

It it getting to be that time of the year again. I had worked up a target list suitable for CCDAutoPilot import in case anyone wants to try their hand at it. The target list, sorted by RA, is attached to this email. To use this, I suggest the following steps:

1. Create an arbitrary target in CCDAP in plan mode. Set the light frames page as you wish it to be for each of the Messier targets. If you wish to change some of them after import, you of course can, but most will likely be the same.

2. From the menu, select Target Lists:Import: CSV/Text and import the attached list.

3. You should now have a lot of targets

BTW, this list was created using the Get function with TheSky6 and typing M1 through M110 in the Get line. The sort takes a bit of time due to the relatively simple sorting algorithm used in CCDAP.
